Singapore Sling
        This drink was made first served by a bar tender in the Raffles Hotel
        in Singapore and is a must for any visitor to Singapore to try it. They
        still mixes the best Singapore Sling using the original secret recipe,
        which till today is still a close guarded secret.

        Ingredients
         

      • Gin
      • Cherry brandy
      • Lemon juice
      • Soda water
      • Benedictine
      • Brandy

        • Mix 2 parts gin with 1 part cherry brandy and
        1 part lemon juice.
        Pour over ice in a tumbler, adding soda.
        Benedictine and Brandy, alittle of each, may be added
        just before garnishing with fresh mint and orange.
