Melons are a good fruit
for this refreshing light dessert.
Mostlt Honeydew melons
are used, but other types of melons
could be substituted,
except water melons.
If you would like u can
also try with mangoes too.
Peel the Honeydew melon and discard the
seeds. Cut the melon into small pieces
and blend it with a blender to make
a puree. add a little bit of water if necessary.
Mix the Melon puree, Sago and coconut
milk together. Chill the mixture and serve
it cold. If u like u can add small cut
cubes of melon when serving.
